after shutting down my computer and starting over, I tried to download the latest version of firefox but the download just keeps going and going for over 20 minutes, so I cancelled it. I have windows 8.1 (ugh!!!) and I'm not sure how to uninstall firefox so I can start all over from scratch. HELP!
