Is your complaint that Norton Password Manager isn't compatible with Firefox? Have you tried googling?

Hi rglmsgt443

I think Jamie was trying to point you to one of Norton's announcements. Norton has quite a variety of software versions and combinations. I can not be certain from your question what problem you have with Norton but you do mention passwords, so I guess it is Nortons free and optional Identity Safe that comes bundled in with some of their paid for Anti Virus software.

My understanding of the situation is that Norton has decided to totally revamp its toolbar & identity safe. Norton currently expects this to be done by about August. I am not sure all Norton users will benefit from the new Norton Software, and I don't think the local Identity Safe is being supported in future.
