Since yesterday, I now cannot send any emails. An error message comes up: rejected blocked sender. I haven't changed any settings. I haven't blocked anyone. I can still receive emails. All my settings are the same. I've even uninstalled Thunderbird and installed again, but the original Thunderbird is installed again together with whatever this problem setting is.

It sounds to me as if someone or something has blocked you.

Can you quote the error message verbatim, or better, post here a screen shot of it?

Thanks Zenos. I think you're right. I downloaded another virus program yesterday (I had Eset and now have AVG) which picked up a virus email. I attached the virus emails that came in yesterday morning as well as the error message that comes up when I try to send an email. We think it might be our service provider that blocked me because of the virus emails?
