How do I prevent Ad Choices from appearing on websites??

I've tried deleting all cookies; and clicking on Tracking Protection. I don't know what "Private" browsing means. I don't want AdChoices to appear anywhere.

There are a number of ad blockers you can take a look at in the addons website. I like Ad Block Plus, personally. Try this search in addons

I have also stopped using Google as a search engine. I think that might lessen their intrusion into my machine.

Google says I can disable AdChoices but I go into Google and I can't figure out how to do it.
