slow deletion of e-mails,restart in safe mode ok went to profile folder didn`t know what to do. (locked)

E-mails slow deletion after restart in safe mode ok. It slowly gets worst. Removed e-mail in/out scan in Norton no help. I went to the folder profile but I don`t know what to do when there. Help?
