Is there any way to filter like this? I can filter unread emails with attachment. I'd like to do the reverse operation: Delete all the ones that don't match the following criteria.

If you have the Attachments column displayed (right-click any column button to select the desired columns), then clicking the Attachments column button (sort by attachments, or View/Sort by) will divide the messages with or without attachments into two blocks. Then, click the Quick Filter Bar 'Unread' button to show the unread messages, and delete the block without attachments.
