My Local Folders shows two outboxes, so why won't either accept an open draft in response to Control-Shift-Enter?

I have an email I want to send that is in the Drafts folder; I have opened it and then pressed the combination Control-Shift-Enter. Nothing happens. The outboxes are empty.

"…opened it…" - how? Did you click the "Edit" button?

By double clicking on the draft itself within the Drafts folder.

Um, OK, that seems to be equivalent to clicking "Edit".

Have you looked in the menu? All of my send options are greyed out, but that's because I haven't entered an addressee yet. Could you check under File and see what is and isn't activated?

I have to say that two Outboxes sounds abnormal, but it's not necessarily a problem. I'd try to delete one of them.
