I am not getting password reset email
I know my login info. but it isn't working so I clicked the reset password but I never got an email. I have done this about 3 times 2 weeks ago and then today. I also tried the username reset. Yes the email is correct, yes I have checked my spam and all my folders and yes my email is working. Please don't respond with the basic check everything because I have done all of those. All information is correct and there is not a recovery email lost in my email account. My question is how do I login when my password isn't working and I cannot get the email recovery?

Then it means you used a different email from registered or entered the email incorrectly. FF Forum can't help with email problem and you need to contact mozilla support not the End user forum for this help.
