I have been receiving all sorts of phony "you've been hacked" messages from a support company that I accused of planting bugs in my computer as pure harassment. When I received a message from Mozilla support saying my email account was compromised I had to check on it first before I change everything. THE HILLMAN

1. Mozilla does not develop Thunderbird anymore. Has not since turning the project over to the Thunderbird council over 4 years ago. They care less about your gmail account and sure do not monitor it's health.

2. This support forum is staffed by Thunderbird users that volunteer their time to answer Thunderbird questions. They to have no access to the status of your gmail account.

3. No one from Mozilla or this forum is going to send you anything about the status of your email account. The only thing you get from here is an email letting you know of activity to any threads you create or post to.
