I want to allow certain websites to serve pop-ups. I searched extensively and could only find instructions for the desktop version of Firefox, not the Android version. And the native help topics on Android are all actually for the desktop client. :/

By default Firefox for Android does not have this same fine grained level of control for pop ups, but I recommend that you look into whether an add-on can help from here can help.
