Hi, Firefox opens a new tab every time I minimise it and reopen it, this is especially irritating when I’ve minimised to check something on another app and I land on a new tab and have to keep going back to the previous one manually!

Hello there, Firefox for iOS will automatically open a new tab after being closed for an extended period of time. This is party due to your OS temporarily "suspending" Firefox after closed in order to save system resources. Your tabs are saved and any saved data will load in normally, so no need to worry.
