installed ff4b2 on win2000, ff3.6.8 installed already. created new folder for ff4b2. try to start ff4b2 both in regular mode and safe mode. in both cases get an error "The entry point RtlCaptureContent could not be located in the dynamic library KERNEL32.dll

There's a Bug report filed about that message, it has to do with dropping support for W2K in 4.0. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577486
