firefox does not work after update past 3.63

when i do a fresh install of firefox 3.68 (latest) or try to update from the stable version of 3.63 , firefox updates/installs well and i go to launch it and nothing happens no window, no crash report no nothing yet its process is in task manager so i have to close it that way and have to reinstall firefox 3.63 i have tried safe mode firefox i have tried new profile i have tried no firewall nothing works nor any of the suggestions i have come across

even upgrading to firefox 3.6.10 or fresh install of firefox 3.6.10 does not work for me i still have the same problems which firefox 3.6.10 is supposed to fix!! anything above 3.6.3 just does not work surely there cant be that much change in version 3.6.3 to version 3.6.10 ??

I also have had this problem for some time now. I made a thread on Mozillazine to try and get help and to show everything I have tried:

I wish Mozilla had some sort of system scanner to show what I might need, I just have no idea why it wont update. :(

well even the new 3.6.11 does not even work its well p*ssing me off now i mean seriously what has changed so much that it breaks ??? looks like i will be stuck on 3.6.3 or switch browser , but i really dont want to but this rate opera is looking good.
