Accessing Comcast.net from Firefox, the homepage opens, then the sign-in page, but when I get to the Communications Center page, a blank blue screen comes up. Try clearing your browser cache.

Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
