I have a backup copy of an old iMac OS X 10.4 on an external HD and want to import the Firefox bookmarks from 10.4 into the new iMac running OS X 10.6 (Firefox 5.0.1)

I have located the Firefox Profiles Folder in 10.4 ( ~/Library/App Support/Profiles/ but cannot see how to import them into 10.6 OS.

And, which files inside Profiles should get imported?
