When I open Firefox pages don't load until I click on tab.
I just updated to Firefox 9.0.1 from 7.0.1, with an hour or so with 8.0.1. I usually have anywhere from 8 - 20 tabs that exist from a previous session upon opening the browser. I have an addon that allows me to "faviconize" the tabs, so I see nothing but the favicons, which in the past has been a good sign that the pages associated with the tab have fully loaded.
Now when I start up Firefox the favicons all show and everything appears fine, but when I finally click on one of these pre-existing tabs the page is blank, the favicon disappears and is replaced by the rotating circle (if not faviconized I presume the page title would be replaced by "Connecting..."), and the page contents load for the first time. This is extremely annoying and a waste of my time. I do a lot of high-volume browsing and having to wait for pages to load that would have been loaded already in the past is an inconvenience. If I click through the whole set all of them will begin reloading.
Yes, I have lots of extensions, but the all existed and cooperated nicely before this problem started. Are they any about:config or other settings I can adjust to get this back to what I consider normal (i.e., page already fully loaded when I select the tab)?

That did it, Oxy. Thank you so much for the fast reply! Just a quick question if you return to this thread: Is that a new feature or something I didn't notice before that mistakenly got selected?
I'll browse through the options to see if there is anything else new.
It's a new feature introduced in FF8.
