The new "tilt" option dose not display. I only get the "HTML" and "STYLE" buttons on the bottom dev bar. Why?

The (tilt) 3D View uses WebGL to achieve that, so you can check at the bottom of the Help > Troubleshooting Information page in the Graphics section to see if there are problems with WebGL reported.
