When Firefox starts up it takes me to my last tabs instead of my homepage.

Under Options, I have Firefox set to open onto my homepage. I tried changing it to a blank page, and changing it to open my last tabs, then changing it back. No matter what I do, when I open Firefox it takes me to the last tabs I had open. I updated to the latest version of Firefox and restarted my system multiple times. This has been going on for awhile.
