Today, completely out of nowhere, I got a notification from this forum saying that I'd received a '2013 Support Forum Badge'. This came with no explanation whatsoever. I don't know what it means or what I did to get it. What's going on here?

One criteria is 30 replies. You have qualified by dogedly trying to get your problem fixed.
