Search Conduit keeps installing itself on all my browsers with out permitting to oped out, and the changes all browsers as default home page. It self installs into programs without permissions or notifications.

Uninstall the program. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (Add/Remove Programs on Windows XP) and find the program to uninstall it.
