Bookmark Toolbar wont appear in window. Tried every show option and toolbar view options to no avail, also tried customizing the window and removing the bookmark toolbar and re adding but it still won't appear. I've also tried restoring bookmarks but that didn't work. I'm not missing any bookmarks and they all appear in my bookmarks library but the toolbar won't show in any window
