What does "No Restart" next to the add-on name mean?

Several of the add-on apps have "No Restart" listed next to their name, but I can't find an explanation for this. What does "No Restart" mean and how does it affect the operation of these particular apps?

hello ronalds173, this means that the extension will be active as soon as you install it with no need to restart the browser - this only affects the first launch experience (and when you uninstall an addon again).
