Can I import full account settings from for example Mailwasher

I have an old, seldom used, version of Mailwasher in which there is an account that I would like to import complete with password into TB. I can easily import the account into my Mailwasher Pro2012. Is it possible to similarly import this account into TB?

If so how does one go about it?

It is my understanding that Mailwasher is a spam filter. I know not much more about it, and I don't think I'd want to give a spam filter software my account credentials.

So I don't see how Thunderbird would import account settings from a spam filter software. Maybe others have a more thorough understanding about Mailwasher.
