How to make Firefox ask where to download?

Is there any option using about:config to make Firefox ask for the download folder before each download?

I am quite fond of that feature since it saves time with moving the downloaded files later and would like to have it on my Android phone as well.

This feature is not possible to implement. Android does not have an OS level file browser.
