Today I was trying to send an email to my most frequent contact (whose name/address have been in my address book from day one!) when I received the following error message. I do not know what it means and I certainly don't know how to fix it. (It says to revalidate: what does that mean?) Can anyone out there help? ERROR MESSAGE SAID: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 The message contains an unauthorized custom from address because the 5.7.1 associated account has been disabled or deleted. Please revalidate 5.7.1 the custom from if you believe this to be in error. bx2sm3277681wjb.47 - gsmtp. Please check the message and try again.

have you rung your service provider?

If you have successfully send mail in the past, I think the message is saying that your email address of "closed" by them. Alternatively When you click the write button is the replyto and from email address yours?
