Moving email to local folder causes scrolling to bottom of list of folders when another message is received

If I am in process of dragging an email from the inbox to a local folder and another message is received , the folders list scrolls to the bottom. Once at the bottom of the list of folders it wants to stay there. i.e., I can scroll up and as soon as I release or select a folder at the top of the list it returns to the bottom. The only way to reset this is to close out of the app and reopen. This happens every time a new message is received and I am dragging a message from the inbox to a local folder.

Using 24.2.0 and seem to have this issue over the last couple of versions.
