can't get this add off my screen
Just installed Firefox and I can't get the add for Firefox off my screen. I can't move it and I can't find a button to close it.

Please provide a screenshot of that "add".

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
