When I view firefox on my monitor everything looks shakey
all the videos start to flash out of control on my monitor. It never did this before . And the typing is delayed.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
