Could you describe it in more detail? For example:

  • This page is secure, but you are submitting a form to an insecure page
  • Document Expired (going back)
  • Problem with the site's secure certificate
  • Mixed content warning
  • Something else...

You also could attach a screen shot, although I'm not sure you can do that using the mobile version of the support site.
