"file upload" is blank when attempting to add attachment to email
when i try to "browse" files to add attachment to email the "file upload" box is blank and I'm forced to close window and reopen firefox browser

Hi wolverinewiley, Thank you for your question, I understand that when you upload an attachment that the pop up is blank.
Please try the following:
- Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix...
- Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
It might be a plugin, an addon or graphics issue. Please post back with your results.
