When I try to open Mozilla, I get a black screen and nothing comes up. It will not respond at all. I am having to use Internet Explorer to contact you.

hello Doctor915, please see if it is working correctly again when you update firefox to the latest version (that's 33.1.1 at the moment) which you can download from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
