i have tried to send numerous crash reports when trying to play some games but it will not let me send report

candy crush will not work at all now and just shows crash report but will not let me send this and i am having a lot of plugins on lots of the game sites

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift (Mac Options) > key, and then starting Firefox.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

While still in save mode, try your game. Is there still a problem?
