Hi, thanks for the suggestion, however PayPal_paula's reply seems to be describing the process of balance conversion which I have already done to convert Singapore dollars to US dollars. :)

hi tealeaves, could you try again a little bit later - maybe it's just a temporary lock until the funds are converted and ready to be processed by paypal... in the meantime the mozilla team is looking into the possibility of providing a way to donate in SGD directly.
