Unable to install whats app on my intex cloud fx using connect A2

1. I am unable to update my phone even after resetting it. It says that there was an error. 2. I do not know even the current update status. The phone is brand new. 3. When I try to install Whats App on my phone using Connect A2, I get an error message saying that I should use a wi-fi because the system doesn't work with another connection. However, I am already using Wi fi connection. 4. Have looked through a lot of solutions to similar questions and tried them. None of them have helped. 5. It appears that a lot persons have this problem.. hence a solution must be found.

Hi scagarwal, Please check with Intex to see if there is an update available for your device. It is also possible to ask ConnectA2 for support as well *http://www.connecta2.im/contact-ENG.php I do not have any more information at this time.
