I have a thunderbird email and it ask for a password I do not know it

I have been using thunderbird email for 5 years and I have a new computer and I forgot my password, it ask me for one and I can't get my email account back, can you help.

Check on your old computer. You can look up the account password there if you told Thunderbird to remember the password.

To followup on christ1, you would go to... Tools-Options-Security-Passwords-Saved Passwords to see the saved passwords.

If that does not help you need to work with your email provider to reset your password. No one at Thunderbird can help you with email passwords.
