lightbeam add-on doesn't function

On my PC (Windows 7) clicking on the Lightbeam icon opens up a new tab

instead of the tab with the expected graph or list that I get on my laptop. I've got Firefox 34.0.5 installed and the same configuration on both computers.

HI Urie, This is not expected, however please consider reinstalling Lightbeam.

If this does not help, please also contact the Lightbeam developer.
