Problem with Hello.
At times, when I've tried to initiate or to join a conversation, my built-in webcam's light has gone on; but, no image of me or others has appeared. At other times, the webcam's light has not lit; no image of me or others has appeared. Same results with firewall disabled.

Here's what has cured the problem: I had to disable Flashblock on the webpage.

Hi Detail, Are you testing with a video camera on the same computer? If not, please check your sharing settings for the camera. If you click on the icon in the url of the Hello window
Or:
- Click on the url bar and select "Page Information"
- Click on Permissions
- From here, scroll down to make sure that the video camera is shared with this page.
- If you change the permissions, restart Firefox.
