Thubderbird profile is crashing and can not recovering.

Hi, I configured my official email ID and using fine, but one morning i open TB it is showing pic TB1.jpg(attached with this msg) then i recovered once then next day again happen then tried again but showing likeTB2.jpg(attached). Please give me the solution. how ca i recover all my emails.
