Last firefox update disappeared my toolbar and task bar when on internet. How do I fix it?

I solved this by clicking the 3 horizontal bars (Open Menu) at top right of screen, then clicked "Menu Bar" in the options shown. Suddenly my toolbar and task bar appeared on the screen and stayed.

Hi, you may be in Full Screen Mode - press F11 key, or point to the top of the screen > right click > Exit Full Screen Mode.
