I am creating a dual boot PC with Win XP and Win 7. I have Firefox on my XP side with lots of plugins. Is there a way to load all those plugins from my XP to my 7 without having to reload all of them? Are they all stored in a folder somewhere that I can just copy over?

Some add-ons can work any or most or only some platforms. You must go to the add-on's web page and check.

You need to install the programs that supply each of those plugins on both operating systems. Firefox "finds" each plugin via Windows Registry strings; each version of Windows has its' own Registry.
