message comes back server timed out :comes up problem loading page yellow traingle
as above am not able to access the search engine unless i use an old one, comes up with timed out .if i try to access via an email this also times out.seems to have an issue with security - flummoxed

You can access one search engine but not another? Is the one you can access a regular site like https://www.google.com/ or https://www.yahoo.com/ or is it something custom that might have been installed by an add-on?
Which of the security errors are you getting:
- Secure Connection Failed
- This Connection is Untrusted
If you are getting a partial page load with the orange "!" triangle in the address bar, do you recall making any security exceptions for the site?

Decided to start afresh checked all internal internet connections & contacted internet supplier to check the incoming line they came up with a fault on the hub.this they have now replaced and all is well.Thankyou for all assistance it pointed me in correct direction
