how can i download my pictures from my olympus camera

i have an olympus camera and cannot down load my wedding pictures. When i download all the pictures are a blank black box what can i do, This is so upsetting not to be able to see, post, send my wedding pictures. PLEASE HELP

Try iPhoto you may have to install it from the mac App store.

You can look for an external card reader that connects via an USB port that supports the memory card that the camera uses or connect the camera via a supplied USB cable. In both cases you should see that as an external drive in the Finder and browse the image files saved on that card. That is how it works on Windows and Linux and I assume that this isn't different on Mac.
