Good morning. A few months ago someone helped me resolve a problem with a secure socket layer webmail issue. I had to reset their browser this morning to correct a problem they were having in the Firefox browser and now I cannot open the email address at mail.biz.rr.com again.

There has been a firefox update since then and things have changed so I cannot find where I went last time to fix it.. Will someone please help me to resolve this again. Below is the screen I get when opening the email via the browser.
