How to make setting in firefox to include local directory path when uploading files to a server
Hi, I need to upload some files on a regular basis to a server. The requirement of the server is that I have to create a folder in C drive named "fakepath", put all my files there in a zip folder and then upload to the server. Further, while uploading the files to server, when I browse for C"\fakepath folder to select the zip folder that contains the files to be uploaded, then after selecting the file, full path of the file should appear in the box on the website from where I have to upload files on the server.
There is one setting in Internet Explorer where I have to enable "include local directory path when uploading files to a server" which I need to turn on and my problem is resolved. However, I could not find this setting in mozilla firefox. Please help me on this.

So a really long time ago this was decided to not be exposed for privacy reasons on a user's computer: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143220
There are some webdeveloper hacks around this however I did see in the bug above that you can expose and about:config entry if you want it local to your browser only.
I think IE is the ONLY browser that has an exception for this.
