can send but can't receive email
Have 2 comcast email accounts. 5 days ago both stopped receiving email through Thunderbird on my laptop. They're working on the comcast website. Magically one of the email accounts started receiving yesterday -no problem.
The other is still 'stuck' and NOT receiving email Through Thunderbird on my laptop; I can send email with no problem. Of course this is my primary email account. Comcast checked settings and could find no problems on their end. Gave me a number for their Security Assurance Center but so far can't get them to pick up my call. sigh Seems strange that one works and the other doesn't; essentially same settings for both.
Help appreciated.
