i get this "the connection was reset" message .. but i can load other page like facebook google and youtube.. and i notice that only https:// pages load. why?
if i try to load a page, "the connection was reset" message will appear.. and if try to add https:// at the beginning of an address it will load but it is insecure.. and also it has a gray warning triangle.. what should i do? please help

hi, sorry for your problem.check your internet connection then restart browser and also make sure that the webpage you visiting contains what type of security (https/http).

Firefox will try to keep you safe and so if you have used both http and the secure https version of a page will use the https method.

As for the connection being reset there are a few possible reasons including problems with the site you are trying to use or problems with internet connection or speed. If it is only a few problem sites it may be that you need to clear the cookies for that site. The grey warning triangle may be normal for a particular site. See also
