hello, please refer to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Deployment:Deploying_Firefox#United_States_Export_Control_Information which applies to all versions of firefox.

in any case, firefox 24.6.0 is horrendously outdated and affected by numerous known vulnerabilities and shouldn't be used at all anymore. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox-esr/
