Can't play bbc news videos on Firefox, youtube etc works ok

Since installing Windows 10 the bbc videos wont play in Firefox or Chrome but are ok in Internet Explorer, would be grateful if anyone can help

Which version of Adobe Flash Player are you using?
To check:
- Click on the menu button in the top right-hand corner
- Select Add-ons
- In the Plugins panel, find Shockwave Flash
- Click on More to get the full version number (something like 18.0.0.232)
