Why does the RT addon no longer work since a Firefox upgrade?

Can anyone explain how to fix an RT Addon failure once Firefox upgrades?

The failure continues to occur even after uninstalling the RT Addon. Then rebooting and then reinstalling the RT Addon.

The RT Addon worked perfectly until Firefox did an upgrade!! Mozilla also does reply to supports questions on this issue.
