Will Firefox run on AMD E1-2500 dual core processor (1.4GHz)

I don't know. According to one page I saw, it does support SSE2 which is listed in the minimum system requirements: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/40.0/system-requirements/

Are you interested in giving it a try to see whether it runs?
